Dave Griffith, President Chief Executive Officer and Director
Dave Griffith is the President and CEO of the Modern Group. He joined the company in 1992 and has led the company for more than fifteen years during which the company has expanded and enhanced its products and service offerings including the addition of stand-by power generation to the longstanding material handling and construction products.
Prior to joining Modern, Dave was the Vice President of Marketing of National Accounts at MCI, and previously had been ROLM Director of Distribution and Channels, and Regional Manager and Director of Marketing for IBM.
Dave is the former president of MHEDA, a leading material handling industry association and a member of the Hyster Dealer Council. Dave is also a director of J.J. Haines, the Delaware Valley Floral Group and the NAW Institute of Distribution Excellence. Dave is also a Trustee and Secretary of the Westminster School, and Senior Warden at Trinity Episcopal Church in Solebury. Dave is a graduate of Kenyon College, is married with two children, and resides in Solebury, PA. |

Paul Farrell, Chief Operations Officer
Paul Farrell is the COO of the Modern Group assuming this position in 2009. He joined the company in 2004 and had been the General Manger / President of Power Systems, Modern's stand-by power generation solutions division.
Prior to joining Modern in 2004, Paul was the General Manager for Cummins Power Systems. Paul is active in South Jersey JDRF and is a graduate of Rutgers University. He is married with three children and resides in Medford, NJ. |

Steve Seminack, Vice President Chief Financial Officer
Steve Seminack is the CFO at the Modern Group and is responsible for Finance Accounting, Taxes, and IT functions. Steve has a lengthy career in financial management having worked many financial management positions in ARAMARK for twenty-one years prior to joining Modern in 2008.
Steve is Chairman of the Board of Manor College in Fox Chase. Steve has an MBA and MS from Drexel University and a BS from St. Joseph's University. Steve holds CPA, CMA, and CIA distinctions. Steve is married with two children and resides in Ambler, PA. |

Tom Callahan, Senior Vice President
Tom Callahan is a Sr. VP at the Modern Group and has fifteen years of service starting in 1995. Tom's responsibilities include Human Resources, Legal and Benefits, and Tom is also a trustee of the ESOP plan, 401K plan, Corporate Secretary, and Custodian of Records.
Prior to joining Modern, Tom was Vice President of PSFS Bank. Tom is also a board member of Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association. Tom has an MBA and JD from Temple University, and a CPCU from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters. Tom is married with four children and lives in Huntington Valley, PA |

George Wilkinson, Chairman of the Board
George Wilkinson is Chairman of the Board of Modern Group assuming those responsibilities in 2009. He joined Modern in 1979 and has held several positions throughout his career including President of Forklift Division, Executive VP, CFO, President of Modern PA, and VP of Finance. George was also a Trustee/ Chairman of Modern's Retirement Plan from 1979 to 2003.
Prior to joining Modern, George held positions in public accounting and with the South Jersey Port Corporation. George has a BS in accounting from Rutgers University with a graduate studies at Temple, Rutgers, and Rider universities and is a CPA. He has also taught as adjunct faculty for six years at Camden County College in New Jersey.
Earlier in his career George was a MHEDA Director for seven years and was its President in 1996. George served as a Councilman in Merchantville, NJ and has been a member of their board of education. George is married with four children and resides in Merchantville, NJ. |
